Office of Administration and Finance
The Vice President for Administration and Finance is the Chief Financial Officer of the University and reports to the President of the University. The Vice President for Administration and Finance is responsible for providing executive level direction and management oversight for financial planning, budgeting and budget analysis, accounting and business operations, finance controls and reporting, campus maintenance and development, risk management and insurance, space planning and construction, facilities and grounds operations, purchasing and contracts, and auxiliary enterprises. Specific units reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance include Auxiliary Services, Controller's Office, Facilities and Planning including Richardson Auditorium, Information Technology Services, and the Lincoln University Police Department.
Sandy Koetting serves as the Vice President of Administration and Finance (2018). She has been in higher education, specifically at Lincoln University since 1991. Sandy has served in a number of capacities at Lincoln University including Accountant I (1996-2000), Accountant II (2000-2003), Accountant III (2003-2009) and Fiscal Affairs Specialist and University Internal Auditor in 2009. Sandy has served in administrative roles for Lincoln University including Controller from 2009-2014 and Chief Financial Officer from 2015-2018. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University (2018), Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Lincoln University (2003) and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Linn State Technical College (1991). Sandy is committed to ensuring the financial integrity and fiscal responsibility of the University, State and Federal resources.
