Are You An Out-Of-State Student Interested in Lincoln Online?
Each state has differing regulations regulating online learning. Though we are proudly in compliance with all states to offer university-level programs, some states have additional regulations and restrictions. If you are not a Missouri resident, please review the interstate regulations to ensure you're eligible for the program you are interested in.
Lincoln University (MO) is regionally accredited, which means the University carries the highest level of accreditation available in the United States. Lincoln University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, a Commission of the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges. To ensure academic excellence and fiscal stability, our accreditation requires an institutional review at a minimum of every ten years.
With this accredition, you know that our our online/distance/off campus degrees are taught by LU faculty and have the same accreditation as the main campus cources. Please feel free to read the HLC guidelines for Distance Education.
