Department of Information Technology Services
The Information Technology Services Help Desk is located in Young Hall, room 105. You can reach the ITS Help Desk by calling 573-681-5888, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by filling out a service request form.
Regular onsite support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
Summer onsite support hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
The Information Technology Services (ITS) team provides technology support for Lincoln University in the areas of networking services, telecommunication services, desktop support, and server/applications support.
