Student Conduct

  • Student Conduct Code
  • Violations - Located in Student Handbook
  • Disciplinary Policies
  • Student Handbook Addendum:
    • 4.4 Responsibilities for resolving complaints
      • SARA Student Consumer Protection & Grievance Policy
Out-of-state distance education students participating under the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) who wish to resolve a consumer protection grievance must first exhaust Lincoln University’s internal student complaint procedures outlined on this page. If a complaint raised by a SARA student cannot be resolved internally, the student may appeal to the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (MDHEWD) or to the State Portal Entity (SPE) of their home state.  A List of SPE contact information may be found here. Grade appeals and student conduct matters fall outside SARA jurisdiction and are governed solely by institutional policy.
