Financial Aid Forms
Thank you for choosing Lincoln University! Please find below forms you may need to process Financial Aid the current or upcoming academic year. If you have any questions about which forms you neet to submit, please review the email communication you have received from our Office.
Please be aware that you must print and sign forms before submitting them to our office. A signature on a copy is as valid as an original signature. You may fax, mail, or hand-deliver the printed and hand-signed form. If you choose to scan or email documents containing sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII), save these items in a separate document using password protection and/or encryption. Send the encrypted document(s) as a(an) email attachment and provide the password to the recipient in a subsequent message or by phone.

Fillable PDF Forms
