Sherman D. Scruggs Hall

Sherman D. Scruggs Hall is a four-story, 77,550 square foot building that accommodates 224 campus residents.

 

Sherman Hall’s design features 56, 4-person apartments that consist of a shared common/kitchenette area, two sink vanity, shower and toilet. Thirty-four apartments have four bedrooms designed for single occupancy. Twenty-two apartments have two bedrooms designed for double occupancy. The sizes of the bedrooms are:

 

Single: 11’ x 8’

Double: 11’ x 12’8”

ADA rooms: 11’ x 10’3”

 

Each floor includes the following amenities: laundry room, study room, and kitchen. In addition, the first floor has a recreation, community room and the hall’s administrative offices.
