The Division of Student Affairs will promote special programs and services to help students prepare and maintain a healthier mind, body and spirit.

Program learning objectives

  1. Students will find ways in which they can cope and adjust to situations and challenges they may face during their time at Lincoln University.
  2. Students will learn how to incorporate healthy eating habits and an exercise routine during their daily schedules.
  3. Students will find ways to enhance their spiritual and emotional wellness through suggested and designed opportunities for meditation, prayer or any other spiritual or emotional wellness activity.
