Leadership Programs
Fraternal Pillars
The Fraternal Pillars is Lincoln University’s Standards of Excellence program designed to strengthen and uplift our Fraternity & Sorority Life community. Membership in a fraternity, sorority or similar organization is more than affiliation—it’s a commitment to personal growth, community uplift and lifelong excellence.
The Fraternal Pillars serve as an accreditation and development framework, guiding each chapter toward continued improvement and providing recognition for organizations that embody the highest standards of Fraternity & Sorority Life.
National Hazing Prevention Week (NHPW)
National Hazing Prevention Week (NHPW) at Lincoln University of Missouri is a campus-wide initiative dedicated to raising awareness, educating students and building a culture of respect and safety within our Fraternity & Sorority Life community.
During this important week, students, staff and campus organizations come together to promote anti-hazing values through interactive programs, educational workshops, social media campaigns and community dialogue. NHPW empowers students to stand against hazing, support one another and uphold the values of dignity, accountability and brotherhood/sisterhood.
Order of Omega
The Order of Omega is a nationally recognized honor society that celebrates the top leaders within Fraternity & Sorority Life who exemplify outstanding scholarship, leadership, involvement and character.
Founded in 1959 at the University of Miami, the Order of Omega has grown to include over 580 chapters at institutions across North America.
Order of Omega recognizes those who go beyond their chapter responsibilities to positively shape the broader campus and community. These student leaders are dedicated to advancing the values of scholarship, service, leadership and unity.
Becoming a member of the Order of Omega is not only an honor—it is a responsibility to lead by example and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth and excellence of Greek Life at Lincoln.
Divine Intervention
Divine Intervention is a two-part, values-based educational initiative developed by the Office of Student Engagement. This program is designed to promote accountability, community values and hazing prevention for all fraternities, sororities or similar organizations.
The first track of Divine Intervention is required for all Potential New Members prior to beginning any new member education programs. This session provides a foundational understanding of the expectations of joining a fraternity or sorority at Lincoln, emphasizing ethical leadership, personal integrity and a commitment to a safe and inclusive community.
The second track is mandatory for all Current Members of a fraternity, sorority or similar organization. This session serves not only as a powerful reaffirmation of anti-hazing values but also fulfills Monthly In-Service Workshop requirements for all chapters. It encourages reflection, dialogue and a renewed dedication to the principles that define membership in a values-based organization.
