Manage Your Student Record Releases Online With Just A Few Clicks!
No More Paper Forms!
Gone are the days of visiting the Registrar's Office to complete a paper FERPA form. Now, you can handle everything online, anytime, anywhere.
How to Use the Online Student Record Release:
- Log in to your Student Portal.
- Select Self-Service.
- Click the person icon at the top of the page.
- Choose "Student Record Release" from the drop-down menu.
- Add or remove people as needed.
Optional but Useful
While optional, this feature might be required for organizations like Greek Life or scholarship committees.

You can also update your address and add emergency contacts by clicking the person icon in your portal. Stay tuned for more info in future emails!
