Navigate360: Empowering Student Success at Lincoln University
Lincoln University of Missouri has partnered with EAB to implement Navigate360, a powerful student success platform that enhances academic advising, communication, and student engagement. The system combines data-driven insights with intuitive tools to help advisors, faculty, and staff proactively support student achievement, persistence, and on-time graduation.
Navigate360 includes two key components:
- Navigate360 Staff, a platform for advisors and faculty that provides a holistic view of each student’s academic journey, combining predictive analytics and communication tools to guide meaningful interventions.
- Navigate360 Student, a free mobile app that helps students stay organized, access resources, and follow a personalized roadmap to success from orientation through graduation.
A Data-Driven Approach to Student Success
At the core of Lincoln’s Navigate360 initiative is an innovative platform that transforms the way advisors and faculty:
- Identify and prioritize students who may need additional academic or personal support.
- Engage in proactive conversations with students about academic progress, degree fit, and career goals.
- Simplify intervention by unifying data into a single, 360-degree view of student progress and success indicators.
- Evaluate alternative pathways to help students make informed choices about majors and programs aligned with their strengths.
- Streamline communication by scheduling advising sessions, sending reminders, and connecting students with key campus resources.
Navigate360 is designed to make advising more efficient, not more complex. It helps Lincoln’s advising community focus time and attention where it matters most: on supporting Blue Tiger students.
