Letter from the Vice President of Advancement
Welcome dedicated alumni and friends from our home state of Missouri and across the nation. The soldiers of the 62nd and 65th United States Colored Infantry wanted to take the lessons they gathered around those campfires at Fort McIntosh and share them. As they retired their weapons, they wanted to arm themselves, their families and friends with something even more powerful….knowledge.
As we reflect on our proud past and our progressive future, opportunity is evident in both. Our beloved Lincoln University serves as a conduit for educational attainment and growth. In order for our Founder's vision to live on, we must support our Lincoln University financially.
In the midst of rising scholarship needs and budget reductions, our progress toward the future is imperative on your commitment. Your gifts directly transform student lives, creating stronger communities.
I invite you to please come visit us on campus and be a part of creating our future.
