Lincoln University Alumni to Share Career Insights During Homecoming Panel

Lincoln University of Missouri will bring alumni and current students together for career conversations and professional mentorship during the Talk the Talk Alumni Career Panel on Wednesday, Sept. 23, as part of Homecoming 2026.

The event will take place from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in Pawley Theatre, MLK Hall, 812 E. Dunklin St. in Jefferson City. The panel will provide an opportunity for Blue Tigers to connect, exchange experiences and discuss topics including careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, graduate education and professional growth. Glenn Wright III, LU’s 92nd Student Government Association president, will facilitate the career panel discussion.

The panelists represent a range of professional fields, including retail, health and wellness, education, banking, logistics and technology. Panelists include:

  • LaTonya AnNoor ’09 – Executive corporate affairs/community relations, Southeast Business Unit, Walmart Inc.; criminal justice/sociology
  • Shareiff Robinson ’06 – CEO, Launch Pad Technologies, and college professor of cybersecurity; information technology
  • Ida Mitchell ’08, '09 – Owner, IP Focus Logistics; business administration/MBA
  • Cierra Griffin ’14, ’18 – Assistant director of school counseling services, State of Missouri; liberal studies/education and Master of Education in counseling
  • David Kemna ’09 – Government accounts officer, Central Trust Bank; history/education

Whether sharing professional guidance or seeking advice, attendees will have the opportunity to build relationships with fellow Blue Tigers and support the next generation of Lincoln leaders.

The Talk the Talk Alumni Career Panel is part of Lincoln University’s Homecoming 2026 celebration, Sept. 20-26, which marks the university’s 160th anniversary.
