Human Nutrition and Health
Human Nutrition and Health Purpose
Lincoln University's Human Nutrition and Health initiative is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of nutritional and health programs throughout the state of Missouri; primarily focusing on underserved and minority populations.
Human Nutrition and Health Mission
The mission of our initiative is to promote, educate and encourage sustainable, healthier nutritional habits for the communities we serve. We accomplish this goal by partnering with community agencies to help increase health equity; provide access to foods with high nutritional value and engage in community outreach and research to provide high-impact, evidence-based feedback.
