Department of Information Technology Services
The Information Technology Services Help Desk is located on the second floor of Schweich Hall, room 205. You can reach the OIT Help Desk by calling 573-681-5888, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org , or by filling out a service request form.
Regular onsite support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
Summer onsite support hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
The Information Technology Services (ITS) team provides technology support for Lincoln University in the areas of networking services, telecommunication services, desktop support, and server/applications support.
