The University is not responsible for acquiring and maintaining insurance that covers the residents’ personal property or self. The University is not liable to residents or any guests for any damage, injury, or loss to person or property. Residents are encouraged toobtain their own insurance or seek coverage, if applicable, under a legal guardians’ insurance.
