Cohabitation

Cohabitation is not permitted in residence halls. Cohabitation is defined as an unassigned individual physically residing in a resident’sroom on a permanent or semi-permanent basis. Residents that allow individuals access to live in the residence halls without a contract orpermission from the Office of Residential Life may be subject to eviction, charges for the used space. Unauthorized individuals found cohabitating may be subject to prosecution and trespassing charges.
