As the needs of today’s students continue to evolve, Lincoln University of Missouri is stepping up with innovative solutions tailored to meet them where they are. A recent Jefferson City News Tribune article by Lizbeth Garcia highlights Lincoln University’s Employment Academy — a flexible, career-focused certificate program designed to empower nontraditional students juggling work, family and other responsibilities. The yearlong online program, developed in collaboration with state agencies and employers, is creating new educational and workforce pathways for students who might otherwise be left behind.
