Identification and Management of Vegetable and Fruit Diseases

This is a Train-the-Trainer program aimed at providing Missouri faculty, extension educators, farmer leaders and community agricultural trainers with essential knowledge and practical skills for identifying and managing diseases. Please join us for an interactive and collaborative learning experience featuring expert talks and discussion on the following topics:

  • Introduction to plant diseases
  • Cucurbit and tomato diseases
  • Diseases of cool season vegetables
  • Diseases of small fruit
  • Management strategies for vegetable and fruit crop diseases
  • Plant disease diagnosis
