This session will also cover important factors that influence meat quality and how producers can ensure better cuts.

We are 1 mile West of Glenallen, Missouri on Highway 34.
From Marble Hill, stay on 34 West (it ‘zig zags’ through town). You will go past the industrial park/airport – when you pass Crader Distributing with the big STIHL logo on their building it is a good sign that you are on the right track! Stay on 34 past the Woodlands School (on your left) and continue through the village of Glenallen. When you see the Heritage Apostolic church on your right, you are getting close to our house. You will see our farm sign on the right and the driveway to our house is just past the sign:
