The first graduating class of the Lincoln University Law Enforcement Training Academy’s St. Robert location — Asia Davenport, Richard Guerrero, Marina Hand, Aiden Jones and Zachary Willard — was recognized during a commencement ceremony May 11 at the St. Robert Municipal Center.
Lincoln University Law Enforcement Training Academy (LULETA) celebrated the first graduating class from its St. Robert location during a commencement ceremony held Monday, May 11, 2026, at the St. Robert Municipal Center.
Chief Gary L. Hill, LULETA director, led the ceremony recognizing five newly certified law enforcement professionals: Asia Davenport, Richard Guerrero, Marina Hand, Aiden Jones and Zachary Willard.
The commencement marked an important milestone in Lincoln University’s continued expansion of educational opportunities and workforce development programs in the Fort Leonard Wood and St. Robert region.
The ceremony included graduation remarks from Chief Hill and recognition of academy graduates and award recipients.
Lincoln University’s presence in St. Robert supports working adults, military-affiliated students and area residents through undergraduate, graduate and professional education programs offered near Fort Leonard Wood. The university’s expansion into the region reflects its commitment to accessible education, workforce preparation and community partnerships across Missouri.
Lincoln University is the first and only historically Black college and university (HBCU) to house its own police academy. LULETA has received national recognition for its mission to recruit and train minority law enforcement officers, including features on CNBC and The Today Show.
