The Division of Student Affairs is delighted to celebrate Trinity Richardson as our November Student Leader of the Month. Trinity's leadership, dedication, and passion for enhancing the student experience at Lincoln University of Missouri truly embody the spirit of our Blue Tiger community.
About Trinity
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Trinity is a graduating senior majoring in Health Education. Her academic pursuits reflect her commitment to promoting wellness and empowering others to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
Trinity currently serves as the Campus Activities Board Chair on the 91st Administration, where she leads with poise, creativity, and unwavering commitment to elevating the student experience at Lincoln University. Trinity is also a member of Queens United Leadership Academy, Inc., and a Student Conduct Ambassador.
Leadership Philosophy
Trinity's leadership is grounded in a deep sense of purpose and gratitude, which is beautifully reflected in her favorite scripture: "When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen." — Isaiah 60:22.
This faith and trust in the journey ahead have undoubtedly contributed to her success as a student leader and inspire those around her to approach challenges with resilience and optimism. Trinity is known for her warm spirit, reliability, and passion for creating memorable campus moments that bring our Blue Tiger community together.

Looking Forward
Recently, Trinity was selected as a Teach Like Me Fellow and will begin teaching in Kansas City, Missouri, in July 2026. This achievement is a testament to her passion for education and her desire to make a lasting impact in the lives of future students.
