The Division of Student Affairs is proud to recognize Aaniyah Bevly as our October Student Leader of the Month. Aaniyah exemplifies the leadership excellence and dedication that makes Lincoln University of Missouri a vibrant community for all students.

About Aaniyah

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Aaniyah is pursuing a major in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work, a combination that reflects her passion for justice and community service. Her academic focus demonstrates a clear commitment to making a positive impact in her future career and the communities she will serve.

Currently, Aaniyah serves as Sophomore Class President within the 91st Administration of the Student Government Association, where she represents the voices and interests of her fellow sophomores. Additionally, she is a distinguished member of the Freshman Innovation Council (FIC) Cohort I, showcasing her continued involvement in programs that foster leadership development and innovation on campus.

Leadership Philosophy

Aaniyah lives by the empowering quote: "She believed she could, so she did." This philosophy perfectly captures her approach to leadership—one characterized by unwavering confidence, determination, and the belief that with dedication and hard work, any goal is achievable. This mindset has been instrumental in her success as a student leader and continues to inspire those around her.
