LU Alumni Council to Launch Alumni Affinity Groups at Homecoming Pre-Game Reception

Lincoln University alumni are invited to a pre-game reception at The LINC celebrating the launch of new Alumni Affinity Groups, offering opportunities to reconnect, network and engage with the Blue Tiger community.

Lincoln University alumni are invited to gather for a special pre-game celebration marking the launch of the university’s new Alumni Affinity Groups. The inaugural Alumni Affinity Group Pre-Game Reception, sponsored by the LU Alumni Council, will take place Saturday, November 1, from noon to 2 p.m. in The LINC Aerobics Room, First Floor, 1299 Lafayette St., Jefferson City, Missouri.

The event offers Blue Tiger alumni from every generation an opportunity to reconnect, network and learn more about joining affinity groups that reflect the diversity and shared experiences of the LU community.

Affinity Groups are designed to strengthen alumni engagement by offering meaningful ways to:

• Connect with fellow graduates who share professional or personal interests
• Mentor current students through shared insights and experiences
• Stay involved with Lincoln University through events, volunteer opportunities, and ongoing connections

Current and emerging groups include: ROTC Members, Golden Alumni Circle (’50s–’70s), 80’s Alumni Foundation, Mid-Missouri Student Commuters, International Students, Blue Tiger Athletic Club, The Royal Court, Band & Choir Alumni, The Greeks of LU Alumni and Cheer Team & Pep Clubs.
