Lincoln University of Missouri’s 2024 Safety and Security Expo Set for April 12, 2024

The Lincoln University of Missouri's 2024 Safety and Security Expo 2024, hosted by the Lincoln University of Missouri Security Sciences Institute, will take place on April 12, 2024, at The LINC. This event offers attendees an opportunity to explore careers in safety and security, engage with over 50 law enforcement and security agencies spanning local, state and federal levels, participate in a professional panel discussion and join a Q&A session. Community college, university and high school students, as well as advancing professionals interested in a career in public safety, are invited to attend.

From 10-11:30 a.m., a panel discussion and Q&A session will delve into the challenges and prospects in emergency services recruitment. Attendees will benefit from insights shared by leading security officials in Missouri, guiding them through the landscape of Emergency Services Recruitment.

The career expo is scheduled from 12:30-3 p.m., and over 200 high school and college-age students are expected to be in attendance. Agencies interested in participating can register online. Participating agencies will enjoy a complimentary catered lunch from LU.
