About the Training

This is a Train-the-Trainer program aimed at providing Missouri faculty, extension educators, farmer leaders, and community agricultural trainers with research-based information on organic agriculture.

Please join us to learn about the new developments in the field of Organic Agriculture. Topics include the history of organic agriculture, organic certification, and USDA programs that are available to farmers and educators to advance Organic Agriculture in the US.

A tour of LU Busby Organic Research Farm, one of the largest certified organic research farms in the Midwest, will conclude the ISE training.
