The Walk It Out 3K
Get moving for Homecoming with the Walk It Out 3K on Friday, Sept. 25, at The Linc!
Sponsored by Hibbett Sports and The Jefferson City Convention & Visitors Bureau, this free community event is open to everyone. Walk, jog or run the 3K course while a live DJ keeps the energy going with classic and contemporary R&B and hip-hop favorites.
Check-in begins at 7 a.m., and the 3K starts at 8 a.m. Get warmed up before the event with a certified fitness instructor and the Lincoln University Cheerleaders.
After the 3K, stick around for hydration, healthy snacks, wellness screenings, recovery activities and a guided cool-down.
