Want to attend?

Contact Dr. Nadia Navarrete-Tindall if you would like to attend the conference or the pre-conference event “Native Plant Teatime at Lincoln University” held Tuesday, Nov. 11th, 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at LU Commercial Campus Kitchen and classroom. The teatime event will feature delightful desserts prepared by Lincoln University staff with seasonally available and preserved native plant ingredients. Participants will learn about the selection, cultivation, and processing of native plant materials for culinary purposes, observe some recipe prep work, and taste freshly-prepared sweet treats and drinks in an atmosphere reminiscent of a classic teatime, but with a native plant twist.
