Busby Research Farm Field Day offers a unique chance to see agricultural research in action. Hosted by Missouri Organic Association and Lincoln University, this free event includes a morning tour of the farm, lunch, and an afternoon of expert presentations. Connect with farmers, researchers, and educators while learning about practices that support organic and sustainable farming systems.

Schedule (tentative):

  • 8:30 AM – Meet & Mingle
    Start your day with a warm welcome and coffee—perfect for reconnecting or making new connections.

  • 8:50 AM – Welcome & Introductions
    Hear from MOA and Lincoln University representatives about the day’s highlights.

  • 9:00 AM to ~Noon – Research Farm Tour
    Explore the award-winning organic 280 acre Alan T. Busby Farm with guided tour of research plots
