SUC Cafeteria Renovation Ribbon-Cutting
Lincoln is celebrating the reopening of the renovated Scruggs University Center Cafeteria. The updated space features modern finishes, improved lighting and flooring, better traffic flow, and refreshed food stations—including a reimagined salad and deli island, enhanced dessert and drink areas, and bold LU branding. A highlight of the renovation is the addition of Slim + Husky’s, a fast-casual, artisan pizza shop known for locally sourced ingredients.
