Field Day Visit: Native Plants & Hydroponics Greenhouse Tour
Connecting Urban Growers with FSA Resources
An expert-lead, on-site demonstration of native plants and hydroponics greenhouse facilities at LU's Finca EcoFarm. This visit will provide you with experience and knowledge of native plants and hydroponics systems that you can implement in your own urban growing spaces. You'll experience established native plant gardens, explore our hydroponics systems greenhouse, learn about garlic growing and harvesting, take Finca EcoFarm tours, and consult with experts about successful growing techniques.
Who Should Attend:
January 16th workshop participants, urban farmers, community gardeners, and anyone interested in seeing native plants and hydroponics systems in person.
