Meat Processing Risk Managment Workshop

Join Lincoln University's Small Ruminant Program, in collaboration with University of Missouri Extension specialists Jennifer Lutes and Kyle Whittaker, for a hands-on demonstration on lamb butchering. This session will also cover important factors that influence meat quality and how producers can ensure better cuts. Part of Goat Expo 2025 at Missouri State Fairgrounds.

This event is free of charge for enrolled participants and will include a meat goat burger lunch.
