Small Space Gardening Workshop

Join Innovative Small Farmers' Outreach Program (ISFOP) at this workshop on small space gardening.

ISFOP farm outreach worker Penny Wilson demonstrates how to build a 3'x4' metal raised garden bed.

Participants will also learn:

  • Reasons to use raised beds
  • How much food can be grown in small spaces
  • What food thrives in small spaces
  • Best practices for raised beds in small yards, apartments and balconies

Cape Girardeau County attendees may be eligible to join the ISFOP program to receive a raised bed and assistance in starting their gardens.
