Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule (PSR) Model Farm Tour

Join us for free food safety training and supplies! This farm tour is open to all farmers to observe a farm with all infrastructure, equipment and tools compliant with FSMA-PSR. Get hands-on instruction from University of Missouri and Lincoln University's food safety experts. Held on a fully-equipped diversified vegetable farm featuring an auto washer, this workshop will cover all you need to know about produce food safety through live demonstrations and discussions.
