CC-COAD Community Meeting
Cole County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (CC-COAD) Community Meeting
The organization will present the recently approved Cole County COAD Strategic Plan at the meeting. This event is one of two town halls to be held on November 7 (another will take place from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the Missouri Soybean Association).
The COAD is the permanent organization created to take over emergency planning from the Long Term Recovery Committee (LTRC) that guided Jefferson City through the post-tornado response in 2019. Lincoln University is proud to be an active member of this vital organization whose mission is to reduce the impact of disasters by improving communication, coordination and collaboration among community stakeholders.
