Blue Tiger Talks
Dr. Natalie Mikhaylov will present a talk on cultural agility, or the ability to efficiently work, build trust, sell, negotiate and supervise in different cultures. She will explain how cultural agility helps students, academics and practitioners develop knowledge, work effectively and achieve personal and organizational goals in diverse cultural settings, using examples from her personal experience and research as well as academic and professional sources.
