Human Nutrition and Health

Purpose

Lincoln University's Human Nutrition and Health initiative is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of nutritional and health programs throughout the state of Missouri; primarily focusing on underserved and minority populations.

Mission

The mission of our initiative is to promote, educate and ecourage sustainable healthier nutritional habits for the communities we serve. We accomplish this goal by partnering with community agencies to help increase health equity; provide access to foods with high nutritional value and engaging in community out-reach and research to provide high-impact, evidence based feedback.
