The Infantry Scholars Program (ISP) was established to assist in increasing Lincoln University's male retention and graduation rates. This initiative will produce skilled and knowledgeable male citizens who understand the importance of communal responsibility and contribute positively to their own and society's economic and social well-being.
The program specifically supports male students from their freshman year through graduation via participation in activities that focus on academic preparation, civic engagement, student self-confidence, and brotherhood. Both student affairs administrators and faculty will develop curriculum and mentoring activities designed to enhance academic performance and ensure success of the males on campus.
