Learning In Retirement

The mission of Learning in Retirement, Inc., through its affiliation with Lincoln University, is to provide continuing learning opportunities and to promote sharing of ideas, knowledge and experience for retirees and/or seniors in Jefferson City and the surrounding area.

The Senior Citizen Program allows people 65 and over to take classes for $25.00 per semester - audit only - after regular registration. Participants must be admitted to the University.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted with your application electronically:

  • Proof of age (Medicaid card, or Driver's License, or birth certificate, or passport)
  • Proof of Missouri address
  • Immunizations: You will need to provide proof of 2 measles, 1 mumps and 1 rubella shot (MMR).*

*Please note: If you were born before December 31, 1956, you are exempt from the immunization requirement.
