Organizations

Produce Safety Grower Alliance
https://producesafetyalliance
Provides the Produce Safety Training for fruit and vegetable growers and others, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), and co-management of natural resources and food safety.

Sprout Safety Alliance
https://www.ifsh.iit.edu/ssa
Develops a core curriculum, training and outreach programs for stakeholders in the sprout production community to help with understanding and implementation of the requirements in the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule, and best practices for improving sprout safety.

Food Safety Protection Control Alliance
https://www.ifsh.iit.edu/fspca
Support safe food production by developing a nationwide core curriculum, training and outreach programs to assist companies producing human and animal food in complying with the preventive controls regulations that will be part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).  Lists training dates/locations.
