Troubleshooting:
- Incoming Freshmen: If you need your User ID and your Password, you may need to contact ITS at 573-681-5888 for assistance.
- Graduate student: If you are having trouble registering for classes please contact us using the service request form.
- You have previously been able to login to Self-Service, Email, or LU On-line (Canvas): Your Password may need to be reset. Contact ITS at 573-681-5888 for assistance.
- Make sure that you are currently logged into Self-Service when trying to register for classes.
- Make sure that you are using the correct username and password.
