TO BE ADMITTED TO A GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAM

Graduate Application Checklist (.pdf)

Before students are considered for admittance to a graduate program, all admission requirements must be met: 

• Completed application (.pdf)
• $30.00 application fee
• Student's Statement of Purpose
• Official transcript showing baccalaureate degree earned send directly to the
  Graduate Office.
• Appropriate test scores
    Graduate Record Examiniation (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT) for MA and MEd
    Graduate Record Examination (GRE) for MEd and MS
    Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) for MBA
• Three (3) letters of recommendation.

After all items are submitted to the Graduate Office, the complete application is forwarded to the appropriate academic department for review and decision.  The admission decision of the department is communicated in writing to the applicant from the Graduate Office.

Deadline for completing admission requirements for Fall Semester, August 1; for Spring Semester, December 1; for Summer Session, May 1.

TO BE ADMITTED AS A NON-DEGREE SEEKING SPECIAL STUDENT

Before students are considered for admittance as a special student, all admission requirements must be met: 

• Completed application (.pdf)
• $30.00 application fee
• Official transcript showing highest degree earned sent to Graduate Office.

Deadline for completing admission requirements: 

Admission requirements must be met not later than the day preceding the last day for enrolling in courses.
