All charges for tuition and fees are due and payable at the time of registration (unless other financial arrangements have been made). Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, money order, VISA and MasterCard.

Students must ensure that all financial obligations are met by the following dates for Fall 2014:

Friday, August 22, 2014 – Last day to visit the Student Accounts Office to pay fall 2014 semester tuition and fees or make satisfactory payment arrangements.


Sunday, August 24, 2014 – Last day to establish satisfactory payment plan arrangements through Nelnet Business Solutions via your WebAdvisor account.  To view a Payment Plan tutorial video, go to:

Payment Information

Advanced and regular registration must be secured by paying in full or by making appropriate payment arrangements by the published deadline. Schedules may be cancelled if payment is not made and the University concludes such action is appropriate.

NOTE: You are required to withdraw from all classes if you decide not to attend. Failure to do so may result in you being held fully responsible for all charges to your student account.

Student Health Insurance Requirement

Students who are enrolled for 12 or more credit hours and all international students must participate in a student health insurance plan unless the student provides proof that he/she is covered by a similar policy. International students may not waive this coverage. This must be completed once each academic year. You may waive this coverage on the Thompkins Health Center website.

Deferred Payment Plan (Nelnet)

There are a number of deferred payment plans offering various down payments and payment schedules available to students through Nelnet/FACTS. There is a $25 fee to participate in the Deferred Payment Plan (Nelnet).
