Who We Are The OLB is the official programming board for Lincoln University’s ROAR and Transfer ROAR Orientation programs, and Week of Welcome (WOW). |
What We Do OLB serves to enhance the experience of new undergraduate students, and to aid, support and encourage their educational and personal development while at LU. |
How We Do Our Jobs We provide incoming students with quality transitional experiences and opportunities for growth through educational, cultural, social and recreational experiences. We also provide LU students opportunities to develop leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, and group dynamics through various leadership roles on the Board. |
THE OL CREED We envision a Lincoln University community which shares responsibility for the quality of students experience during their first year at Lincoln University. We are a group of students that embody the following principles and characteristics:
