Early Bird Registration Fees Take advantage of early bird registration fees by registering and paying at least one week prior to your scheduled orientation session. On-site or Late Registration Fees Individuals who do not register and submit their full payment prior to orientation (or have not made payment arrangements with the Orientation Director) will be subject to a $10.00 non-negotiable, non-refundable fee due at the time of check-in. | Refund Policy The fee for ROAR is a one-time, non-refundable fee. No substitutions or refunds will be provided for any items included in the ROAR fee for non-participation. No refunds will be given for non-attendance or participation in a ROAR session that a participant has already registered for. Please note all fees associated with ROAR Orientation are subject to change at the discretion of the University without notice.
