Marketing Materials and Games

Personalize paraphernalia, prizes and marketing materials may be given to participants, but NO items may be sold, and raffle tickets may NOT be sold.

Note: Prospective visitors and students are more likely to visit your booth and inquire about your organization if you have visible marketing material or information available (e.g., posters, food, candy, handouts, prizes, giveaways, etc.)

Content and Display Materials

Please note all information should be easily securable at your booth and should not display inappropriate language or language that defames Lincoln University or its representatives. If you choose to host games or activities at your booth, please be sure to post all rules clearly and make sure participants understand them before beginning. No activities or games may commence on the physical street, as this presents a safety issue. They may take place in the grass area or on the sidewalk in areas which do not impede the flow of traffic.

No Sale Items

Promotional materials, samples, services, prizes, tangible items, etc., may not be sold at any time during this event. You may provide coupons or discounts, but the selling of any item is strictly prohibited.

Special Notice

We cannot provide any binding agents, table cloths, or adhesive agents to aid in securing promotional items or marketing material at your respective booths. Organizations are responsible for set up and clean up of their own booth and the immediate area around them.   Additionally, we cannot provide electrical equipment or the use of electrical outlets for this event. You may use battery-operated equipment at your booth.


The event is from 12:00 pm to 3 pm, and check-in will begin at 11 am in the Scruggs University Center at the 2nd floor entrance (819 Chestnut Street).

Tables and Chairs

You will be provided two (2) chairs and one (1) table. You will be responsible for returning these items at the completion of the event. If you need special assistance in moving your chairs and tables you will need to indicate so, in advance on the registration form.  

Event Sign

Your event sign (provided to you at check in), must be visible at all times at your booth or on your tent.


Tents are permitted; however, they will have specific assigned locations to protect the grounds and landscaping on campus. If you have a tent, please notify the check-in staff and they will instruct you further.

Personal Items

Please note, Lincoln University is not responsible for any damage to personal property or promotional items and/or paraphernalia of individual organizations or businesses. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen personal property or promotional items. We encourage you to secure these items or to keep them secured in your vehicle.
