Q. Who Should Attend ROAR?
A. All first-time freshmen and transfer students who are accepted to the university are REQUIRED to attend orientation. Students who do not attend may not be eligible to register for courses.
Returning students and visiting students are not required to attend.
Q. How much is ROAR Orientation?
A. Yes. The fee for ROAR is assessed based on which session you participate in. Please refer to the section on fees for to determine the cost of participation.
All orientation fees are non-refundable and may not be charged to your student bill or an anticipated scholarship award. Third parties are able to pay on students' behalf.
The participation fee for family members or guest is $25.00 each. Children ages 6 and under do not have to pay or register for orietnation. No child care is provided for children ages 6 and under.
Q. Do I have to register for ROAR?
A. Yes, you must complete the online ROAR Registration form and submit the appropriate payment.Your registration is not final until payment has been received.
Q. Can I bring my family?
A. Yes, family members are encouraged to attend; however, their attendance is not mandatory.
