Missouri State Employee’s Cafeteria Plan (MOCafe)
MOCafe allows an employee to tax defer health, dental and vision insurance premiums, flexible medical benefits and dependent care assistance. A new employee must enroll within 31 days of his/her hire date to participate in the Cafeteria Plan.
