Telecommunication Administrator Code #L0-305
Responsibilities:

Administer University phone system.
Troubleshooting telecommunication issues including: phone, voice mail, phone prompts, and routing tables.
Configure and troubleshoot video and teleconferencing.
Network Administration.
Other duties.


Qualifications:

Experience with call manager software, PBX software. Experience with video conferencing. Working knowledge of networking, convergent technologies and VIOP protocols. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to consult with users at all levels of knowledge, ability to interact with a diverse group of users and managers, excellent communication skills both oral and written, and positive customer service attitude.
