Video Conference Facilities

We currently have Video Conference sites located at our main office in Jefferson City, Missouri and our regional offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Sikeston, Lilbourn, and Caruthersville Missouri.  Other sites are also available through other organizations.  We can assist you in finding additional sites in other areas.  Our equipment can connect with most other Video Conference enabled sites throughout the world.

Rates for use of our Video Conference sites:

Please note that additional charges for connections to all sites involved in a video conference including those outside of Lincoln University Cooperative Extension (LUCE) will be the responsibility of the organization or person originating the conference.  Fees for non-LUCE sites vary and must be included when calculating the total cost of a conference.

Parking must be requested at least 15 working days prior to the conference.  Handicap Accessible parking is available.

How to prepare for a successful video conference

Prepare in Advance for a Video Conference

• Develop an agenda and distribute it before the meeting.
• If you plan to hand out any printed materials send them to the participants before the conference, either by e-mail or regular mail, or have a representative hand them out to arriving participants.
• Practice using the video conference equipment, this will give you time to get used to using the equipment and to make adjustments if necessary.
