NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Separate sealed bids for:
- Accessible Bridge Entrance – Martin Luther King Hall
- Accessible Entrance Ramp – Founders Hall
- Removal of Bridge at Chestnut Street– Scruggs University Center
- Roof Replacement – Small Animal Research Facility
Will be received by the Office of Design and Construction in Room 309, Young Hall, 820 Chestnut Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101, until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2014, and then will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A certified check, bank draft or bid bond, executed by the bidder and approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal.

A limited number of refundable sets is available for a deposit of $100 each made payable to Lincoln University of Missouri. For additional information, please visit their website.
Bidders must agree to comply with prevailing wage provisions and other statutory regulations referred to in the specifications.
A prebid conference and walkthrough will be conducted for the following projects: (1) the Accessible Bridge Entrance, (2) the Accessible Entrance Ramp, and (3) the Removal of Bridge at Chestnut Street projects on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in room 307 Young Hall, 820 Chestnut Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
Attendance at the prebid conference and walkthrough is required of each bidder submitting a bid proposal. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend.
